All payments are processed in Tunisian Dinar (TND). By subscribing to a paid plan you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

• The 3-day free trial requires no payment information and grants full access to all features.
• After the trial period, continued use requires purchase of the Complete Plan at the listed price.
• All sales are final. Refunds are only issued in cases of proven technical failure on our part that prevents normal use.
• Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice. Your current plan price is locked until renewal.

We take the security and privacy of your business data seriously. Your data is stored securely and is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

• You retain full ownership of all business data you input into the platform.
• We collect usage data to improve the platform. This data is anonymized and never linked to your identity.
• In the event of service termination, you may request a full export of your data within 30 days.

Lymoun Shop is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the reliability or fitness of the platform for a particular purpose.

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for data loss resulting from user error, third-party integrations, or force majeure events.
